Wrong saree delivered


I've ordered a Saree on 30/11/2017 and received product on 05/12/2017. I've not received the product I've ordered.

I'm attaching images or ordered saree, received saree and label on the courier.

I'm not able to contact on the no. given on the website that is +91-7096527385. Also their email id is not functional i.e.

Kindly lodge a complaingand take necessary action, so that these fraudsters are discouraged and no one in future may be cheated.

I had ordered a pink and orange saree bearing Code No . Saree87.

However the product delivered to me was something different i.e a dress material of dark blue color.

i am highly disappointed by same.

Kindly replace the order with my original product.

I am trying to reach you through mobile as well as email id as mentioned on site but not able to reach.

Kindly take my response into consideration and replace the product.

Same problem for me...

I placed the order for "Poly Silk Yellow And Blue Colour Printed Saree" SKU Code :saree12 on 2nd dec. Today on 9th dec i received the delivery. But i got wrong item.

I want to return this item and if possible please send correct item as mentioned above. If it is not available then need money back.
