|In the year 2013 I had taken a broadband connection from Tata Teleservices Limited (A/c Number: 918540745). Due to the poor service quality provided by the service provider, i had put in a disconnection request on 4th Nov 2013 vide their Reference no. 387294331. As per the policy/procedure of service provider takes 7 days for disconnection. Due to some internal issue the service provider disconnected by connection later in the month of December'13. Tata Teleservices Limited raised an invoice for the complete time period they took for disconnection (1.5 months). Whereas as per the procedure I was liable to pay till 11 Nov'13 since i gave my disconnection request on 4th Nov'13.|
Since then I am being harassed to pay an amount of INR. 1,597/- for a duration of 1.5 months, which is grossly wrong. I have been repeatedly requesting them to raise an invoice till 11Nov'13 (for a period of 7 days) and I am ready to settle it. But they are not ready to agree on their own mistake and have been harassing me by repeatedly sending me mails, threatening me of legal action (by posing as an advocate/ police personnel).
I request for an action against Tata teleservices Limited for causing me all the mental tension for last 3 years.
