Fraud company no clear policy mentioned no refund
I had booked mobile through on 30th Oct.and deposited Rs.999/- as per their policy through net banking but on 14th Nov I got message from them you are not eligible to the policy and they never mentioned any terms & condition about credit rating and now they are giving this reason, I ask them to refund my money so they were saying we will refund with in 15working days but 20days over still they have not refunded money.
So I want my money back with one months interest.
I am sending them emails and contact through phone also but they are not responding

Dear sir
My name Ravi SIngh Residence 232, dada colony, jalandhar (Punjab).
I was placed a order Samsung mobile (core gt I8262) on 26/7/2014 i called thier costumer care they said to me to deposite a cheque Rs.900/- in favour of Funtastic Holidays.Noida, i deposited. after debited Rs.900/- from my bank they said we will delever the product within 7 to 10 days. it was a Mobile on EMI purchase. 1st emi in advance and balance amount to be made in installments through ECS from my account. Now they rejected my application and saying your Sibble is not able to buy it.dear sir i never have any loan from any bank or any Organisation so how my sibble checked. they cheated me badly. please help me.they are not refunding my payment Rs.900/-. I attached a copy of given cheque for your reference.
