| Name : Sanjay kumar kar mobile no : 9332251311 address : Flat no 4, chhayanir housing co-opt. Society sector - 2a, bidhannagar, city : Durgapur state : West bengal. I am using aqua guard compact model water purifier from last 15 years and renewing the annual maintenance conract every year there after. Once in last 15 years i failed to give them the contract before expire. After a month or so they told that extra charge will have to be paid for renewing the conract. After my request they asked for two years and taken amc without any extra charge. In the same way this is the second time i could not able to renew in time. Now this is the durgapur office, they told to take extra charge of rs. 375/- with two years amc fees of rs. 2380/-. In this mean time they are confusing me in many ways. Some body told that all aqua guard customers got extra 2 months service and your last date is may 29 instead of march 29 and you can renew it without any extra charge. And the charge for two years is rs. 2200/-. Now when i called them to take the cheque, they are telling me to give extra rs. 375 with rs.2380/- for two years. Aqua guard is seems to be very fraud in this matter. Once again my complain is why the difference for amc in classique model and compact model. When i purchased, the availability was compact model and i got it. Please do the needful in this matter. Still i can renew it for two years if they will not charge any extra fine ammount.
