Sir/ Ma'am,
I had purchased an order of bluetooth speaker-
On 30 dec 2017. Expected delivery date was 10- 15 Jan. When I did not receive my order until 17 Jan, 2018, I contacted the seller through email (as they have not provided any other source to contact them). Later, I got a mail stating that my product was delivered and the receiver has signed it too.
First of all, I was never contacted before the delivery. Second, I never got an update about my product being delivered.
My account still shows pending status while after sending numerous mails all they say is- my order was tracked and ithasbeen delivered so they cannot do anything avot it.
I have made an online payment of Rs. 3500 (approx) and now they say say is it has been delivered. My A-Z claim was denied. I have called the customer service over 20 times, different people assured me about a solid solution and refund. Nothing as such has happened. It's over 1 month and I am still struggling to know what actually happened with me. I want my money back and I have not been able to figure out a way. I can provide all the details of the emails that I have sent regarding my queries until date.
Now they won't even le me hve a conversatikn regarding this on customer service. I am getting no help from amazin. They have clearly backed off. They won't share any details regarding this third party seller no matter how many times I request them. The product was shown as an amazon fulfilled product and when I said the same during customer service call, they denied it and said it was seller fulfilled, not amazon fulfilled.
