|I had subscribed for a new connection plan with a Rs. 2500 upfront payment towards Router, install and partial monthly service fees. The installation went fine but the connection went dead within days due to junction box power outage due to demolition of site where junction box was located. This has been reported to them many times but they have failed to provide any option. It has been over a month and a half but they have never fixed the problem but keep sending messages about disconnection/charges when in fact there has been NO connection since initial setup. The problem was reported multiple times to their customer support, field support team as well as marketing but to no avail. |
Their support level and team is extremely poor and have no knowledge or coordination between service, field and support.
Therefore I am reporting this as they now owe me for the equipment for which I have paid in full and for the service which I subscribed to but never got. I would want to bring to notice that anyone wanting to do a new connection with ACT will have to go through very poor support and service which I had read about but now am seeing it first hand. I WOULD SUGGEST FOLKS TO STAY AWAY FROM ACT FIBERNET
So again I am complaining for non service a disservice to customers and selling equipment I am proceeding to demand my refund for the same which amounts to 2500 as this was in the trial period. thanks
